64 bit os for kcdw software

I am useing 32 bit now i want 64 bit os

Well, then you need the 64-bit install media, and you'll have to do a clean install of the OS. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the product key you're using now should be good for either 32 or 64-bit versions.
