Consider what PSU you have and whether it is providing adequate power for the video card and other hardware. You should be using at least 600 watts for the PC.

This video card is good for those older XP games and some Vista games but is not good for long hours of heavy gaming or games with high frame rates.

Consider getting some fans to assist with ventialtion and air circulation inside the case. Also, make sure the case is not crowded in by other things around like books or fixtures, the PC needs to have plenty of ventilation otherwise high humidity will not allow dissipation of heat build up.
