Try running through the malware guide in my signature.
Also, check the event viewer to see if it's logging any errors.
start-->run-->eventvwr.msc-->check the system and application logs for errors (red X's).
Thanks for your help I'm running Malwarebytes full scan now. Its only been 3hours but found one error already.
I had to start safemode twice because it hung so now I have also confirmed it hangs in safemode.
I will get back to you after finishing all your hints in the guide and a day of testing to see if it might be fixed.
