Hello,
I am overwelmed with spam ads on my email account. I made the mistake of ordering meds online one time. Now I get 5 or 6 emails a day from various med labs. I do not wish to abandon my email account and wonder if changing my computer I.D. eliminate these emails. Any help would be appreciated.

Add the sender(s) to your blocked / spam lists. See if there is a way to unsubscribe from their lists. Getting a new email address will certainly stop the spam... but it can be a pain... especially if you're registered with that email in more than one place. It's better to try to mitigate the mess first and then change addresses if it doesn't work.

Usually at the bottom of the email ads, there is a link to unsubscribe from their mailing list.
