E7200 with OCZ Vendetta2

Im new to Overclocking but that wont stop me. so I was wondering what increase i could get with this HS and CPU could i get it to 4ghz. Im running at 3.1 on stock with temps at 32 - 40. so can some people please give me some advice on how to clock my CPU and Memory.
