Hey all, quick question, but my case has a E-sata input on the front, do I just plug the e-sata plug into one of the motherboards sata inputs like a normal sata drive?

You're talking about the internal cable from the motherboard to the case's eSATA port, right? Yes, you should be able to just plug it in to a free SATA port on the motherboard.
