Hello all,

i need some serious help. HELP!!!

I have a HighPoint RR4320 RAID controller installed in my ASUS M4A79T Deluxe mobo and attempting to install Windows 7.

W7 sees the HDs once in install the RR4320 W7 driver. BUT: it will not allow W7 to be installed on the visible HDs. i get an error 0x80300001.

i have a single SAS installed on Port 1 of the RR4320. it is set to 'Single HD' and it was set to 'Boot'.

the ASUS mobo SATA settings where set to IDE, then i tried AHCI, with no difference in booting success.

any ideas on what to do?
