HD Activity LED Mod

I've been big on messing with LEDs lately and for an up coming mod, I was wondering if it were possible to change a single HD activity LED into a parralled string of four.

The mobo manual, for the HD activity LED, states...
1 HD_PWR Out
Hard disk LED pullup
(330 "Omega") to +5 V

I've done the calculations and if I had 4 LEDs in parrallel, I'd be pulling roughly 100mA. Would a header pin be able to supply that sort of amperage?

Hardware references:
■Yellow/orange LEDs that need: 1.8-2.0V @ 30mA
■mini-ITX mobo w/ pico-PSU http://www.mini-box.com/D201GLY2A-kit

You should be able to put at least 3 as I have done this exact mod (along with the Blink Code mod for POST code :) ). Just make sure you get some not very bright (ie not the SupperBright LEDs) and you should be set. Since you are using a m-ITX board I don't know if the power is enough, as I have not worked with ITX boards yet. (Do plan on doing a mod around a ITX during summer thugh)

Thanks for the response Shadow. Did you just try the mod and hope for the best or is there a resource that you turned to, to figure out how many LEDs you could actually use?

Does anyone else perhaps know the amperage I could expect out of a header pin?
