How can I download this onto my Windows Vista computer? I really want the address book. Apparently Outlook Express was not on this computer when I bought it; I don't know.

Outlook Express doesn't run on Vista (or Win7). The replacement is Windows Live Mail, or the alternative, Mozilla Thunderbird.
