**CPU ERROR**

Motherboard: ASUS P5K3 Deluxe wi-fi
Cpu: Intel Core 2http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Core_2 Quad Q6600
OS: Windows Vista 64bit
Hello, I install this motherboard and everytime I boot (restart) the system this message comes out :
---Intel CPU uCode Loading Error---
---Press F1 to Resume---
After that I can Access windows.
I updated the drivers, etc
Download it support from the website www.asus .com) file P5k31014.ROM which i can't even open. I try EZ FLASH 2 UTILITY from the Bios and could not load the .ROM file or updated it.
Please suggestions.

Are you sure you got the right bios? Cuz it's Deluxe WI-FI. I got this:

P5K3-Deluxe-1103.ROM

The latest. Version 1103 2008/07/29 update. Best use a USB drive. EZ may see it as C or D drive.

You have to clear cmos and load bios default.
