So computer runs at optimal speed when the FSB : RAM ratio is
set to 1:1.

But what about other ratio such as
Example,
5:4
3:4
5:6
1:2
( ratio when its not 1:1 )

What will be the difference if the ratio is higher or lower?

The ram speed will vary depending on the cpu/ram ratio:

i.e. 5:4 = 1.25. FSB 400 * 1.25 = 500 * 2 = 1000Mhz DDR2
