Hello all, right now i'm using 2 WD "my books" for backing up all my files, one is 320gb large and the other 1tb.
Using USB 2.0 this can take quite a while, the books don't support anything else though.
Was curious if it would be possible to take out both the harddrives and put them into a enclosure that would support Esata (or even a Nas) and could anyone suggest any products?

I suggest

1. EdgeStore DAS200 2 Bay USB & SATA DAS Enclosure
2. Vantec NexStar MX NST-400MX-SR

Hope this helps :)

It is possible to do that, and Foxy's suggestions are as good as any (I like the Vantec's myself). Before buying the enclosure, though, I'd open up your existing enclosures and just double-check to see if the drives inside are SATA or IDE. You don't want to end up buying the wrong type of enclosure.
