I have never OC a CPU before. However I really want to OC my Intel Core i7 920 to a stable 3.9GHz with Turbo Enabled.

These are my specs:

-Asus P6t X58 MOBO
-Intel Core 920 i7
-Cooler Master V8 CPU cooler
-6GB DDR3 1600MHz Corsair Dominator Ram
-800w PSU

Can anyone give me a step-by-step guide to how to access the Asus BIOS , and how to OC my CPU?

-thanks!
