Is my new computer good for gaming its specs are

Cpu: Core 2 Q6600 Duo 3.5Ghz
Ram: 4 Gigs Alienware Ram 1066Mhz
Gfx: Nvidia 9600Gt
Sound: Sound Blaster
Case: Alienware case
HDD: 500 Gigs

and i get 13998 in 3dmark 05

lol i think it'll handle games pretty nicely ;)

personally i'd get the 8800 GT/GTS
costs a little more but should be worth it :O

Thx, i really sad because i only get 45 fps on bioshock at all high settings

What res was that at?

It must be the 9600gt in any case..its not a bad card, but it looks a little out of place in your system...a bit like putting crappy thin tyres on a ferrari.

8800GT or HD3870 would a good choice in replacing that 9600GT. The cards can be found at around $150. Or the 4850 maybe?

Definetly, your video card is quite meager compared to the relative power of the rest of your system.
I would pick up a 8800GTS 512.
