hey guys just wondering what the highest and most stable overclock i could perform on an INTEL E2180 with stock heat sink and fan
my motherboard is a gigabyte: GA-EP31-DS3L
if some one could give me some FSB and voltage settings and stuff that would be great thanks

A few hundred Mhz would be it. Get a decent cooler before OCing. A XIGMATEK S1283 would do nicely.
