Nope, it ain't in the quick-install, I deleted it from there. Also I tried
to delete it off the T3 but it doesn't appear on the T3 file listings.
During HotSync when I get to the offending ebook, I get the illegal
operation message on the desktop computer saying:
HOTSYNC caused an invalid page fault in
module SYNC20.DLL at 0167:15009956.
Then after a few minutes, the T3 calls for a reset.

Well, you could do a search on your PC for the file, and then delete it.
It's likely in the Install tool, and you may find it in \Program Files\Palm
\Username\Install, where username is the mangled hotsync name that Palm came
up with to store your files. Or it may be in the CardInstall directory under
your username. Using the Windows search tool is likely to be the fastest way
to find it. If you're using a Mac, though, disregard all the above and
panic. ;-)

Thanks Mr Wizard! I was hoping it would be something simple like that
