Laptop for Visually Impaired/Macular Degeneration

I too have low vision due to Macular Degeneration. The screen resolution, contrast and keyboard letters are a problem for me.
I am about to purchase a laptop and wonder if anyone has recommendations that could give me those things? Large keyboard letter/lighted, and resolution so that I can make it large, high contrast=ability ?
