WHAT MOTHERBOARD TO OC Q6600 TO 3.6GHZ?

Hi guys, here are my pc parts so far

Q6600 G0 STEPPING
9800 GX2
750W CORSAIR PSU
300GB HD
6GB DDR2 800 RAM
ARTIC FREEZER 7
ASROCK PENRYN 1600 SLI 650I CHIPSET

right basically my motherboard is total rubbish when it comes to overclocking my processor, im set to get a new motherboard this week, max budget is £100 for a motherboard, my question is what motherboard will allow me to oc my processor to 3.6ghz and be compatable with the above components.

Asus P5Q-e, but anything with 8phase power should be enough... Dont be discouraged if you cant get 3.6ghz though, the CPU might be the limiting factor... with 6gb of RAM you could have some issues also.

Q6600 requires 1600mhz fsb to run at 3.6ghz. Any motherboard capable of running 1600mhz fsb will do. Ideally, get ones that's rated to run at 1600 natively, such as p45/x38/x48. That way, you're only overclocking cpu, and not the motherboard alone with it. It's much easier that way. Motherboards that runs at lower speed, but can be overclocked to 1600mhz fsb, like p35, 780i, will also do. It'll just take more work.
