Whats the difference between these 2 Q6600's, i no 1 is OEM so only has 1 year warrenty and doesnt cum with a heatsink but whats this energy efficent about?

There isn't any difference at all.

Yes, they are the same chip, and stepping.

G0 stepping == "energy effecient" model.
