A friend of mine want to change the graphic card by one of the latest ones (9800GTX,8800GT, HD4850...) with Pcie 2.0 bus but he had a Acer Aspire E360 with old chipset Nforce 4 series and want to know if the cards will run on this computer.

Yes they'll run fine, PCI-E 2.0 was built to be backwards compatible.

Ok thank you I've read some incompatibility issues on internet but probably it will be only few.
