Whats the Deal??? need experienced help

Ok i have recently dicovered about Xeon processors but i do not know if they are ang good for gaming, and that it my sole purpose.

there is 1 called the Intel Xeon Quad-core/ E5410/ 2.33GHz/ 12mb cache/ 1333FSB/ LGA771/ Passive which costs $351.

and 1 called Intel core 2 quad/ Q9450/ 2.66GHz/ 12mb cache/ 1333FSB/ LGA771 which costs $443

i cannot decide between these 2 and want a uad processor for future games. Out of these two which 1 is better, please help me im going insane !!!

any other suggestions about QUAD CORE processors will be helpful.

its a server cpu if u didnt click it dont buy it. if your not going to use it as a server.
