Need mobo advise for new semi-average rig

Hi guys, i'll be building a new rig in a month or so...the only part i need is a mobo, here are the specs...be considerate as i'm a newbie on building rigs so i'm very sorry if there are mismatch parts... T_T

I agree, At this point if you want a "high end" motherboard for LGA 775, you should pick a P45 motherboard. Intel's x38/x48 are not worth it. Especialy since P45 is better heat wise, and in overclocking. P45 is better because its better manufacturing, 65nm, compared to others at 90nm. Gigabyte is very good, This would be my choice of motherboard. AMD or Intel. ASUS is also very good. MSI, Biostar, and ASRock I don't generally trust. If you want my suggestion, I would pick a P45 crossfire board. GA-EP45-UD3R would be a good choice. You may want a second HD4870 down the road. Either P45 or X58 at this point. And X58 mean lots of new expenses. Though, since you have a Q8200. Hope that helps.
