I have an older iMac plugged into an old AT&T Westell Wirespeed modem for DSL service. I am using an old B grade Netgear Router to connect to a new MacBook in other parts of the house. I would like to upgrade to a dual N grade wireless modem/router to eliminate one piece of equipment and get faster speed. I have been told to go with the 2Wire from AT&T for better support, or the NetGear DGN2000 Wireless Router (customer service leaves a lot to be desired). Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.
