MoBo problems? Blank screen

I have a New computer built but after a week of using it , IT froze and now on boot up LEDs turn on seems like everything else to but screen is blank? this happen to my motherboard the first time i got it, and company replaced it. now it happen again? is it just the MoBo just sux? should i get another ? any suggestions?

setup:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.3
MSI P6N SLI PLatinum 650i Nvidia nforce chipset
2GB PC800
XFX 9600 GT 512 Overclock Edition

I suggest getting a motherboard by either Asus, or Gigabyte (I've seen too many MSI boards fail and take other things with them, ie CPU, Vid, HDD, ect...) secondly What Power Supply are you using? (Could be unstable voltage frying the board)

2 mobo's in a row??
Replace the psu.
OR if you are not sure get a hold of someone who can assist you with your problem,two heads are always better than one,especially if you have been wrestling with the same problem for a while..:>)
