unable to update bios in msi p6n diamond

hi, i have a msi p6n diamond which i updated the bios to 1.1 back when i had xp. since than i updated to vista and i have not been able to update my bios. normally my bios isnt such a big concern, but i tried to overclock my q6600(vid is 1.265 or somethin really close to that) from stock to 3.0ghz(9x333) and i had huge problems. after talking to many people on this forum and on others the only thing that any of us can think of is the bios, becuase 1.2 update supports 1333fsb. since i got vista i cant use the live updater or the live update online, and i havent had any luck with floppys either. i tried the hdd way but i dont think i did it right. if anyone has ans other suggestions id really apreciate it. thanks
