Okay need help for the i7

i got into bios but i cant edit my voltage on my i7. i have the msi x58 mobo. i would appreciate help quick if possible.

i forgot to mention that its on fail safe mode and i dont know how to undo it. help plz

i figured out how to change the settings around. but i would like to know what to put my volt on. the volt right now runs at 1.232 - 1.24 and i know its a bit high. what should i change it to?


i read from a couple sites that 1.176 is stable. is it?

Anyways, the videos posted here specify recommended voltages. Maybe you can work from there
