Hey guys,

You may have seen this already, but this looks like a really neat cooling solution from IBM.
There have been lots of posts about different cooling methods recently so I though you guys might find this interesting.

^This 3D chip has been in the works for a while. But every time someone (Even Moore himself) predicts a stumbling block in front of CPU advancements and Moores Law Intel normally finds a way around it.

I am interested to see where this goes though.
