Problems with msn kt4v and semprn 2400+

Hello
I have this processor

with a msi kt4v, as you can see in the next link, my motherboard suports my processor ok, I just have to put fsb at 166 and all the rest in auto, but well...that's not working.

resets over and over until I put the fsb around 133, tryed to make it stable increasing the voltage, and nothing.

Can I either use this processor with his original speed??

any ideas?? Thanks for help!
