Okay, well i just got off the phone with Acer, and they told me that my computer needed the recovery cd to fix a problem i have. So i was wondering if my wireless router will be effected in this process. Since it wipes everything out, will i have to reinstall my wireless router or not? I have no idea how to if i need to.

If you wipe everything out, you will need to reconnect to your router.
You may need drivers also if the hardware was not included with the computer.
Write down your computer network settings in advance.
