Gigabyte ds3l vs abit ip35

Which out of these two motherboards is better all around motherboard? Which is better for overclocking? I can get both for around the same price so I'm wondering which is best overall.

Has anyone ever tried buying refurbished products from mwave?

The Gigabyte is a very good motherboard, and Abit seems to be leaving the motherboard market. Why both with refurb products, when new ones are so cheap?
