I don't use coolant because i just use Distilled water so i urge you to just do that. I use everything above me except for the water block. You will need 6 120mm fans of your choice also. :) Any questions? Just ask

6 fans for the radiator?

Yes. You want a Push/Pull config

You don't need 6 fans for push/pull, you can get some decent CFM fans and do either push or pull and be fine. It might help a little, but I certainly wouldn't consider it mandatory.

Just cooling the CPU?

There is no reason to do water if you're going to Half ass it.

That rad needs high CFM/Pressure to work properly. May I suggest the following brands of rads.

By the way, the BI Stealth series is very old and a poor performer by todays standards. Do not buy it.

Here are the 5 rad brands/makes worth the trouble to look at.
Thermochill
XSPC
Feser
Great for low to med speed fans. Rads cost more but I like low noise.

Swiftech MCR series, very good with medium fans, and a good performer. Best cost vs performance out there.

Black Ice GTX (BIX) The newer BI rad on the market. It needs loud HS high pressure fans. Thats why they said 6 fans. Or you could buy 3 fans at $25 each and only have three fans. Ohh buy some earplugs too.

I didn't say that was half-assing anything. Like I said, given the right fans on the correctly-matched radiator, you don't always need a push/pull.

And Conumdrum is right, that DD rad is a little outdated. I have 2 of the Swiftech MCR320's and they work well for me. They aren't the absolute best, but cost/performance-wise, they are great for the money.

You have to realize what is the best for your individual budget and plan accordingly. If you can only afford certain components, it will do you well to research what is good for the setup that fits your price range. Having $150 in awesome fans with a push/pull doesn't make much sense if you can use the right CFM fans for the fins on the rad you choose...and only use either a push OR pull.

You don't even have watercooling! Some half ass cheapo coolit on your CPU and your GPU's aren't even watercooled. No got no experiance with a WC system. No room to even comment on a proper watercooling setup.

And 30C under load. Under what load? Web browsing? Run OCCT and post screen shots please.
