Hi guys! Wondering if someone could give me some help.

I've recently bought a new computer. With it, i've got a Gigabyte X48-DQ6 motherboard, a Gigabyte 8800GT graphics card and i've also got a the Collermaster Real Power Pro 650W power supply.

Just installed the game that came along with it (Never Winter Nights 2) and as I was playing it, I was interupted with a message saying that my graphics card did not have enough power and would be throttled to decrease chances in damages and performance. Can someone advise me if this is normal or is there a problem somewhere? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
