Hello,my pc just came from the shop from wipe & install xp sp3 & now my opt drives won't read or play & on start up my Epson printer file folder shows up. I'm tired of getting ripped off by these 'tech's'. please help me, thanks!

Can you list your system specifications? If you bought your computer from a store, can you list the model number?

Take it back to the shop. You paid them to do a job; make them do it properly or ask for your money back.
