Antec Sonata III 500 case

Was wondering if the power supply that come's with this case is any good? Wanting to build a budget pc for my dau. Thanks for any help you can offer.

    You can certainly do alot worse.

    As pointed out it will run a Quad core CPU and mid range card quite nicely. and built by Seasonic ;)
