I say it looks real good....as I just ordered a similar setup, but going MicroATX. I had the exact setup
picked out if going full tower, except I had a 550W Corsair PSU.....I prob should of spent an extra 10$, right? 
Not bad at all...very nice build. 
You might want to add some thermal paste to that build.
