I have a new pair of Sennheisers and want to connect them to my computer using my front panel jack ( yes they are connected, I am using the headphones right now )

The problem I am having is how to turn off the main speaker output, the REAR green jack? I plug these in and they both play, and I want anything that is going to be output to come out only the FRONT green jack when these are plugged in...kinda the point, you know?

I can't figure out realtek's website for the damn life of me... any help?
