I have struggled a lot with getting network sync via wifi to gpilotd.
Syncing works fine with pilot-xfer and jpilot, but it wont sync with
gpilotd.
I have googled and googled and googled and it seems everything is
setup correctly. But the gpilotd just will not respond to the network
hotsync request from my palm.
Here is my $HOME/.gnome2/gnome-pilot.d/gpilotd:
192.168.0.110 is the linux computer.

re. gnome-pilot network sync
Check out the gnome-pilot list for November, or search for
"gnome-pilot netsync FIX".
I've posted a patch for gnome-pilot that enables network
hotsync for me. As far as I could see, it was just simply
broken in the existing code. I'm not sure it ever worked,
despite sporadic reports to the contrary.
