Whenever I increase my vcore and run prime95 my pc will crash as in I don't get any bsod or anything just completely shuts off. Even if I don't overclock my cpu or change anything else also if I keep my voltage at 1.3125 in my bios it will still crash but if I change it to normal it won't.

Any ideas?

have you managed to check what vcore it uses when set to normal? you are probably setting it to low.

it is the same

I really don't think that it is my power supply or cpu and more along the lines of a motherboard issue I'm going to try reapplying my north bridge heat sink with my thermal pads tomorrow as I replaced the original north bridge with a spar north bridge heat sink from a p35c-ds3r which broke and for more cooling, with regular thermal paste as opposed to thermal pads hope this works :D .

Meh I reset my north bridge and south bridge. Reduced my temps alot but it still crashes. Sent a message to gigabyte maybe it is a bios issue
