AMD Overdrive will not boot with last overclock settings

I have been overclocking my Phenom 9600 BE using AMD Overdrive but with a problem: it will not boot with my last settings, so I have to re-load my saved profile every time I re-boot. Any ideas? I posted the same problem on AMD's forums but got 0 responses.

Also, I have checked the save my last settings section in the preferences.

AMD Overdrive works at driver level, you'll have to port your settings over to your bios if you dont want to reload the profile.
