I would like to use the above core2 duo in a new motherboard. I'm not flush, so I'm planning on using 4 sticks of premium 667 memory. I'd like to keep the board under about $125 or so.

Any advice would be welcome, and I do plan to jump quick on this.

Thanks,
Harry

what are your needs in a motherboard? also, you might wanna ditch the 667Mhz memory and pick up some 800Mhz memory. you can get 2GB for around $30-40.

if you don't need anything too fancy, this motherboard should be fine for you:

MSI P43 Neo3-F: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813130185

and it's only $84!
