Dell E510 & 4850 Question

I have a 3 year old Dell (garbage and yes I learned my lesson) and was wondering if a 4850 will be compatible and run w/o any problems currently have the X600 that came with it OC, but im tired of playing games in low-med res. It's a P4 630 3.0, 430w thermaltake PSU, 1.5 gigs of RAM(Wintec), 2HDD, MB(? beats me Dell 051 or something like that), sorry if similar post is up, could not find one.
