Biostar TForce TF720 A2+ AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 720a ATX AMD Motherboard
Elite Group 8800GTS 512mb
4gb pqi TURBO ddr2
pioneer dvd burner
lite-on cd drive

will this run all the new games like crysis, call of duty 4, bioshock, oblivion, etc.

On which settings?
I would say yes, but 3 things. First off, rosewill is a crap PSU maker. Get this:

Also currently intel's processors run much faster clock for clock and are pretty cheap. A E8400 would be a MUCH deal and would run games much faster for the price.

With that in mind, go for an intel P45 motherbaord.

Other than that looks fine.
