Hey everyone, XFX's support is horrendous hasn't gotten back to me in 4 days, I need to update the bios on my XFX 680i LT SLI. I went to there website downloaded XFX's bios iso and burned it booted up and got: bios does not match etc....
so I went back and downloaded the nvidia bios iso, same error.
XFX's wonderful tech support said use the nvidia tool and use the bin file, so I did and it says error wron BIOS id when I try and flash.
No luck anyone have any idea whats the matter or what I should be doing?

Current Bios Version: 2.053.B2
Current Bios date: 1/22/2008
Current Bios ID: 6A61IR0S
Flash Rom Type: SST49LF040B BIOS
manufacter: Nvidia

Get P07. If your current bios isn't from XFX, it'll error out. You'll have to use the other bios. i.e. EVGA.

Yeah the P07 doesnt work, from EVGA, From XFX, from Nvidia.

hit alt F2. that will flash and update the bios. make sure u put the disk in the cd rom player.
