Replace ABIT with ASUS?

My Abit IP35 PRO Intel P35 chipset motherboard just blew up. It is under manufacturers varranty, but I am contemplating to replace it with a newer chipset board. Preferaby one by ASUS.

Here is the rest of my machine:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600.
Memory: Patriot pdc24g6400llq (4 x 1gb kit) pc2-6400 800mhz
Video: XFX Geforce 8800 GT 512 mb
Power supply: OCZ600GXSSLI 600W

Any suggestions as for what my options are?

Thanks for the suggestion. The problem is with Abit's slow reply. I asked for RMA 5 days ago and have not heard yet. Contacting them on the phone is just hanging there and waiting for your turn.
