in the box the 12V has 22A, is this enough? I don't know how to say if PSU has 2 rails of 12V, coz Im total noob and doesn't know anything.
I bought a casing, and because I was troubleshooting the motherboard I have tried to change the psu to the one including on the case. And how stupid I am that it has 17A on 12V and burned my DVD and HD. what a luck my 4850 is still alive.
I tried to change PSU because of my motherboard. It freezes,BSODS,. and the only solution is to remove 1 MEM STICK.Memory works fine as I swap them as well. I was thinking about the supply i have, the PSU i have above. Now i think it is my motherboard that is really crappy.Sometimes it boots and I can even play Crysis/Assasin's Creed/COD4 sometimes remained powered and nothing on screen no boot unless i removed 1 MEM STICK.
got only 5000 x2 with 4850 1 dvd and 1 (hd now burned)

sound like a motherboard issue, proberly caused by dodgey cheap psu, i dont how many time we need to stress this here, dont buy chea PSU's. what i would say you do is get a new MB, and a new powersuply both from repetable manufactures.
