Hello, my laptop which is 5 years old is saying that my windows is not genuine called the manufacturer and microsoft they will not give me a key as I can not read the sticker anymore what can I do

So not thinking about this two weeks ago. We have the same laptop as my girlfriends mother I put her key in because you could actually still read it and now i'm genuine
