My NetGear WG111T lik disables MY USb Ports except the ones

My NetGear WG111T lik disables MY USb Ports except the ones already in use lik my mouse and keyboards the usb ports wont turn on again and they wont let my PC shutdowns i waited lik 3 minutes and still no shutdown my PC average shutdown is lik 20shecs most will be 1min to 2min so i have to force shutdown it the PC finds no problems about wats happening and it happens often how do i fix this im plannig on getting a new wirelesss adapter because i read a review and heard tht this adapter gets lik 200F maybe even more hot and it does also the review said it uses lik thte max power a usb can give which ithink is causung the usb ports to stop working it happens on my vista and Xp PC plz help any way i cant lik underclock the power usuage???

i will take all lik adapter request tht u guys use and think r good cause i might buy a new one
