Hi, again! Could someone please tell me how I can do a re-installation of Windows upon replacing the hard drive? I finally figured out how to get rid of the BOOTMGR MISSING message. However, now when I'm allowed to try installing, it will not allow me to load driver, or even unable to continue and finish. Before I purchased the new hard drive, especially for my laptop, I kept receiving a message that it needed to be replaced. What am I doing wrong? I've done everything in the instructions. PLEASE!!! HELP ME!

Since you've replaced the hard drive, the only way to install Windows on it is by using the Factory Recovery Discs, or if you don't have them, order a set of Factory Recovery Discs from the laptop manufacturer. They often have a link to order the discs on their website, otherwise contact them by phone.
