That gives you an Abit board, which I've not used Abit before, but the guys who have could probably tell you about them. But it's 119 bucks for the board, and retail chip with cooler for it. Also, it's slightly faster than what you picked out.
120.
Memory, stay with yours probably. 45 there.
Case and PSU, they'd probably work, I've never used what I'm about to suggest on this one, but if I wanted to game on a budget, I'd probably keep your case, but since you want to game and may want a better card, for PSU, this one is cheap, but it's a 585 watt, has dual 12v+ rails, one is rated for 19 amps, the other for 20, so supposedly a half decent supply, if I were on your budget, I'd probably look at it.
It's a 9600 gso, slightly overclocked, it is 110 before 20 dollar rebate, but then 90 bucks after rebate.
So with rebates in, like 362 plus shipping. So say a little under 400 with shipping.
Personally, I think with the better video card and all, I think you'd have a bit more room to crank up your settings and all. Other thing, do you have a monitor keyboard and mouse? Do you have an OS you can install as a lot of Licenses from OEM machines, like HP, Dell, may not transfer to something like this. Some things to look at.
