Hello,
I am looking to get a new graphics card, some RAM, and an extra hard drive, so I have a couple questions about the card.

1. I'm pretty new to hardware, so I was wondering if it's possible for my card to not be compatible with my motherboard or anything else?

2. I was wondering what the best place to buy graphics card is?
2a. What would be the best card to get for under $200?
2b. Would I have to buy a certain type of RAM for it?

If I think of anymore, I will update.
Thanks for your help.

NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE nForce 430
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ (2cpus), 2.8 GHz
3GB RAM

I'm not too sure where to find out about the power supply.

I can't imagine you'd need more RAM for that, and switching to a dual channel 4GB setup isn't likely to improve much of anything.

The 4850 is definitely the way to go, and newegg is great if you're in the USA.

Yup. Got a problem there. Ur psu is too weak for hd4850.
Take this cheap psu if ur in budget:

The psu should provide enough power to ur graphic card. More than enough actually.

If u want cheaper, take a look at this:

Good luck!
